  • My Daughters

This painting I found on the internet look exactly like my daughters when they were like seven and eleven. They're so cute back then. I really cherish the days when they were so young and fresh. I want a large print to hang. They are full grown adults now well into their twenties. They're both working at home during this pandemic.

One of them caught COVID-19 over a week ago. She's fully vaccinated too. She hasn't had breathing problems or anything but been isolated in her room in the back portion of the house with light fever and lost of taste. I'm sure she'll get through this okay...just being optimistic.

For me I have all the underlying conditions. Catching this Covid would be a death sentence. I've been living downstairs for many months now. Not so much to avoid the virus but to avoid the monku3. Enjoying the solitude. I guess I'm a deep thinker. I have been using a cooler as my refrigerator.

There's a new variant going around... the delta variant. Time for another lockdown.. just as things were beginning to open up. People are feeling so confident with the vaccine.
