  • Slippery Egg Shrimp (Ha Kau Waht Dahn)

    Waht Dahn Ha Kau...slippery egg shrimp. Another food ABC's like aside from Tomato Beef. Recipe: Stir fry raw shelled shrimps in chopped garlic and onions, add a pinch of salt. When shrimps are fairly pink, add water to make a soup like. bring to boil. Thicken with a little corn starch. in another container scramble some eggs (I had five large ones for this one). Slowly add into the shrimp and sauce mix. stirring slowly. Add some soy sauce and a little oyster sauce. a pinch of white pepper. Turn off the gas and add a handful of green onions.
